BAHAN MACARONI SCHOTEL
Bahan 1
15sdm/200gr/1 bungkus makaroni
1/4sdt garam (sejumput)
1sdm minyak sayur (boleh diganti minyak goreng)
Bahan 2
2sdm margarin
2siung bawang putih (saya pake 2 siung bawang putih ukuran kecil, kalo pake ukuran besar cukup 1 siung aja)
1/2siung bawang bombay
3buah sosis (optional)
3buah daging asap (optional)
1sdm tepung terigu
200ml susu cair (saya pake 5sdm susu bubuk +200ml air hangat)
85gr keju parut (1 bungkus keju cheddar dibagi 2)
1/2sdt gula pasir
1/2sdt merica bubuk
1/4sdt garam
1/4sdt kaldu bubuk
2 butir telur
Tambahan
Cup aluminium foil
Keju Mozarella (untuk topping)
Parsley kering/oregano (untuk topping)
