Description
In 1981, Terry Cashman released Talkin' Baseball, an ode to the history of America's National Pastime. It specifically focused on the famous triumvirate of Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays and Duke Snider, who starred as New York City dominated the baseball world.
The song was exceptionally popular and, more recently, Cashman released spin-off singles with reworked lyrics for each Major League Baseball team. This video features his Yankees version, set to some terrific images from the team's inimitable history.
